Green Tree Planter 22 Inch Coulter

Service Description

The Crow Wing Soil and Water Conservation District has a tree planter available for use on a first come, first use basis. A $100 deposit is required. This deposit is refundable when the tree planter is returned in an acceptable condition, determined by SWCD staff. A $100 dollar per day fee for use of the planter is required. Green Tree Planter from Miller Equipment and Mfg: This unit is designed to plant in fallowed ground. Pre till is not required, and not recommended.  We recommend pre mowing with a bush hog if you have tall weeds, brush or crop refuse.  Not suitable for very rocky areas.  Pull type Tree Planter with a 2" ball, Model P0424, Horse power requirements are 32 to 70 hp. 22 inch coulter, with 2 seats facing planted trees. Can be pulled with a ball hitch by a truck or tractor because it is independently powered by a car battery which runs the Vevor 4 quart hydraulic Pump to set planting depth, 12 inch plow depth, 3 inch shoe width.
